Things to Remember:
a) Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited.
b) Separate accommodation for Male and Female participants.
c) No littering
d) It's not a luxury trip. Be prepared to push your limits.
e) Everyone has to carry equipment, a tent, and mats along with them throughout the trek. (return them after the event)
f) Event Hosts have all the rights to add or remove any member and make necessary changes in route, activity, time, and duration depending on the strength composition of the team and weather conditions.
g) As people will be having different choices of interests for food, we're not including food in the plan.
i) Edge Adventures Club will reserve the rights to cancel the trip or your participation in the trip if the agreement is violated. Let's be responsible travelers.
j) In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
k) Your seat might be in RAC, WL, or confirmed depending on the date you've paid the advance. If you're ticket doesn't gets confirmed after the chart preparation, we'll be booking a bus ticket and the difference amount will be collected.
If train tickets are in RAC have to adjust with other co-passengers.
Guidelines: we strictly follow -the leave-no-trace policy ( even if it's a banana peel / or an orange peel ) no trace should be left.
We try to make the travel arrangements as perfectly as possible but it doesn't happen every time and we have to seek an immediate alternate mode of transport, if you are a person who doesn't like to adjust we suggest you not RSVP.
Please be at the meetup point 30 minutes before.
